Princess Agnes Drachina Reuben is the daughter of King Reuben and comes from Drachium Palace. She is the sister to Elias Reuben and the aunt of Abel.
Appearance[]
Princess Agnes has long blonde hair and being incredibly beautiful. She has full lips, blue almond-shaped eyes, like a haughty cat, and a thin, sharp face with a straight nose. When she arrives at Calypse Castle, she's dressed in men's trousers, a knee-length purple tunic, a cloak, and high boots. In the graphic novel, her hair reaches her knees. She's a tall woman, at 5'8(173 centimeters).
Personality[]
Agnes isn't your average royal princess, as she eats and talks like a Remdragon Knight, even arm punching them jokingly. She is shown to have a love of alcohol, and visits various taverns with the excuse of gathering information. She also doesn't care about titles, wanting Maximilian Calypse to call her 'Agnes', because she wants to be seen as more than just a princess. She is described by Riftan as manipulative to get what she wants, and by Ruth as a difficult woman to deal with. Agnes is shown to be a bit pushy, dragging Maximilian to different activities in the festival and in the town during a tour of Anatol. But, overall, she means well and is a strong woman who fought for her independence.
Story[]
Agnes studied at the World Tower to become a wizard. As she showed great magical abilities, she was sent to help fight the Red Dragon Sektor, alongside with the Remdragon Knights. Whilst on the expedition rumors circulated that Riftan Calypse would divorce his wife Maximilian and marry the princess. It is true that King Reuben offered Riftan her hand in marriage, despite knowing that he was already married to duke Croyso's elder daughter.
Riftan refused the offer due to his marriage, but also because of his incompatibility with Agnes. The rumors reached Maximilian who feared that Riftan would accept the marriage proposal. However upon Princess Agnes meeting Maximilian at Castle Calypse, they became friends.
Several months later, Princess Agnes fought with the allied forces against the monster army at Ethlene Castle again alongside the Remdragon Knights.
